Bruce Skinner, Sales Manager

Bruce Skinner joined Caloris in 2008. He will be one of several Caloris employees exhibiting at the American Dairy Products Institute Annual Conference next week in Chicago. Get to know Bruce with the questions below!

Caloris: How did you get involved in this field?

Bruce: I became focused on Dairy product applications when I joined the Caloris team in 2008, after 16 years working on evaporation and drying projects primarily for various food product applications.

Caloris: What do you enjoy most about working with customers?

Bruce: I have always enjoyed direct customer interaction in my work, as it maintains my focus on helping the customer solve their processing challenges and achieving their production objectives.

Caloris: What do you like most about living/working in Maryland?

Bruce: Living and raising our family in the Eastern Maryland region has provided us a rewarding opportunity to experience and appreciate the cultural diversity and performing arts available in a large metro area while also having convenient access to the countryside.

Caloris: What are your hobbies?

Bruce: I play bass guitar and trombone in a four-piece band. I also enjoy snow skiing.

Caloris: What is your favorite cheese?

Bruce: Swiss
