Caloris Q&A: Meet Christina Chandler, Project Accountant
Q&A

Christina started with Caloris just a few weeks ago. Get to know her below!

Caloris: How did you get involved in your field?

Christina: As a child, I had collected money and would count it all the time. My parents would deliberately take small amounts out to see if I would notice and I always did. I then took accounting as an elective in high school, enjoyed it, and decided to pursue it as a career.

Caloris: What do you enjoy most about your work?

Christina: As a project accountant, I not only get to budget and utilize my accounting skills, but I am more involved in the everyday functions of the company’s business. I find my work more rewarding when I get to see and hear the efforts people make to accomplish a project from start to finish. Everybody’s role is essential.

Caloris: What do you like most about living/working in Easton?

Christina: I am Eastern Shore born and raised. My husband and I lived in Virginia for several years and decided to move back for our daughter to be closer to family and friends. We also missed the crabs and Baltimore sports fans.

Caloris: What are your hobbies? Anything else fun you’d like to share?

Christina: I haven’t participated in any productions since college, but I have always enjoyed theater and particularly musical theater. If you hear someone humming down the hallway, it’s most likely me. I also enjoy baking for get-togethers and holidays.

Caloris: What’s your favorite cheese?

Christina: Brie and Havarti

Caloris: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Christina: Tin Roof Sundae

Caloris: Anything else you’d like to share about yourself?

Christina: I have a dog and three cats.
