Caloris: What do you enjoy most about working with customers?

Lee: I like the interaction with people and to be able to work together on projects and/or to solve problems together.

Caloris: You are based in Wisconsin. What do you like most about living/working there?

Lee: I grew up on a small dairy farm and it taught me a lot about work ethics. Being a farmer is a round-the-clock job. Cows do not take the weekends or holidays off!

Lee: Believe it or not I enjoy gardening, flowers, shrubs, vegetables. I also enjoy golf, but don’t play as much as I would like.

Caloris: What’s your favorite cheese?

Lee: Blue cheese or a Stilton blue and cheddar cheese

Caloris: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Lee: Just plain old vanilla. I buy it from a small ice cream factory in my area. No low fat ice cream for me.

Caloris: Anything else you’d like to share about yourself?

Lee: I was at point in my career when I could have just retired, but I missed the interaction with people and working with them and helping them.
