Caloris Q&A: Meet Tom Dosch, Buyer II at Seitz Stainless

Tom Dosch recently joined Caloris subsidiary Seitz Stainless as Buyer II. Get to know him here.

Caloris: How did you get involved in your field?

Tom: Following graduation with a degree in Business Management, jobs in retail management, sales and planning have ultimately lead to a career in the Supply Chain field.

Caloris: What do you enjoy most about your work?

Tom: Working in a team environment to have the satisfaction of keeping production staff supplied with everything required to complete a project to meet or exceed customer and company expectations.

Caloris: You are based in Minnesota. What do you like most about living/working there? 

Tom: Originally a product of North Dakota, I became a resident of Minnesota over 25 years ago due to a job transfer. Love three of the four seasons – winter could just disappear, and I wouldn’t shed a tear!! My wife and I enjoy walking/hiking in the state and county parks in the three decent seasons in Minnesota!

Caloris: What are your hobbies? Anything else fun you’d like to share?

Tom: Woodworking, home improvement projects, slowly learning to play acoustic guitar.

Caloris: What’s your favorite cheese?

Tom: A good slice of cheddar cheese – especially as part of a bacon cheeseburger!

Caloris: What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Tom: Rocky Road

Caloris: Anything else you’d like to share about yourself?

Tom: Happily married for 30+ years with two grown boys out of the house. I have seven siblings, all of whom still reside in North Dakota.
