Highlight: The CALORIS CONCENTRIX® MVR
The CALORIS CONCENTRIX® MVR evaporator is a workhorse for cheese processors. In multiple cheese plants around the U.S., the CALORIS CONCENTRIX® MVR is being used to concentrate whey, WPC and whey permeate from the cheesemaking process into valuable byproducts.
On the wastewater side, the same CALORIS CONCENTRIX® MVR technology is being used in cheese plants to recapture clean water from waste streams and concentrate what’s left for easier disposal.
