From the Desk of Jim Peterson: Tradeshow Season Nears

Across the country, the air is creeping above freezing for longer periods each day, snow is getting crusty, and ambitious gardeners are sharpening their tools. This can only mean two things — springtime is here and, therefore, tradeshow season nears as well.

Next month, we look forward to visiting with you at CheeseCon in Madison, Wisconsin, on the exhibit floor April 5. Caloris will be in Booth 1006, while our subsidiary, Seitz Stainless, will be exhibiting right across the aisle in 1005.

At the Seitz tradeshow booth, learn about their stainless steel food processing equipment fabrication capabilities. Located in Avon, Minnesota, Seitz is situated in the heart of dairy country and is a resource for vessels, heat exchangers, tubing and more.

At the end of April, Caloris also will be exhibiting at the ADPI Annual Conference in Chicago (Booth 301), April 24-25.

Be sure to stop by our tradeshow booth at either show (or both!) to learn about our membrane filtration, spray drying and evaporation solutions (including the new Caloris CVTTM Evaporator — perfect for small spaces).  We are interested to learn about your project plans for the coming year, and to explore how we might work together to help you achieve your goals!

We look forward to seeing you at these upcoming events. If you are interested in scheduling a meeting at either show to discuss your ongoing projects, please drop us a note.
