Caloris Engineering will be exhibiting at the upcoming International Whey Conference in Chicago, September 11-14, to highlight our whey processing expertise.

“Caloris offers membrane separation and concentration, evaporation and spray drying equipment for companies interested in extracting the highest value from whole whey and from its individual ingredient components,” said Jim Peterson, Caloris president and CEO.
Caloris’s membrane filtration equipment is used to pre-concentrate whole whey, or fractionate the whole whey into protein and permeate streams for further concentration and drying.
Caloris evaporators, in particular, have proven to be up to the challenge.
“In the evaporation step, we have demonstrated robust operating performance while achieving concentration levels for permeate beyond typical limits,” Peterson said.
On the drying side, Caloris also offers whole whey, whey permeate, and whey protein solutions, as well as powder handling and packaging equipment.
