A customer was experiencing cracking in their existing evaporator due to the use of cold rinse water into the heated evaporator unit. This caused metal fatigue and cracks. Working together, Caloris and Seitz formulated a solution to reinforce the existing equipment and fix the cracks. The repair was scheduled for a time when the processing system would already be shut down and was completed within one day.
