NIZO, Caloris Engineering to Co-Host Spray Drying Course Seminar to be Held in Minneapolis, June 13

EASTON, Md.—Caloris Engineering will co-host a seminar on Spray Drying in Minneapolis, Minn., on Thursday, June 13, in conjunction with NIZO, the Food and Dairy Research Institute in the Netherlands.

The course, “Spray Drying: from theory to practice,” is targeted to experienced professionals and industry decision-makers for spray drying operations.

In addition to a review of Spray Drying Basics, the course will cover topics including Understanding Psychrometrics as it relates to Spray Dryer Optimization, Spray Dryer Safety, review of some Optimization Case Studies, as well as an interactive computer modeling session.
