We showed you progress on this skidded evaporator back in November. Here it is all finished up and ready to ship out to a customer who will use it to concentrate a non-dairy beverage.

Beverage concentrate evaporator underway at Caloris subsidiary Seitz Stainless. This skidded evaporator will fit the customer’s low-headroom requirement.

A Caloris customer reported problems with their evaporator, including trouble controlling evaporation and maintaining vacuum.

The Seitz Stainless crew has been prepping these evaporator components to ship to a Caloris customer.
